1. Exchanges & Replacements

• Reporting Period: For any concerns regarding your delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Requests made after this 48-hour window cannot be processed.

• Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all certificates included.

• Unboxing Verification: For your protection, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened. This is necessary to verify any claims for damage or incorrect items.

2. Non-Eligible Items

• Personal preference or "change of mind."

• Natural variations in color, size, or texture, which are inherent to genuine gemstones.

• Items damaged by water, chemicals, or physical mishandling after delivery.

• Custom-made jewelry or frames prepared specifically for you.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Our products are energized immediately after your order is confirmed.

• Before Processing: You may cancel only if the energization or dispatch process has not yet started.

• After Processing: Once the spiritual preparation or shipping via BlueDart has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

• Fees: Canceled prepaid orders are subject to a 15% platform and administrative fee to cover payment gateway costs and processing.

4. Refund Policy

• Approval: Refunds are only issued in verified, exceptional cases at our discretion.

• Deductions: Approved refunds will have a 15% platform fee and all applicable shipping costs deducted.

• Timeline: Once approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reach your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

• Final Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 business days (per Consumer Protection Rules, 2020).
