• 1.3 Eligibility: By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent for purchases.

2. Products & Orders

• 2.1 Natural Variations: Crystals are natural products; variations in size, shape, and color are inherent and not considered defects.

• 2.2 Order Processing: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.

• 2.3 Customization & Energization: Many of our products are spiritually cleansed and energized specifically for the customer. These processes are irreversible.

3. Pricing & Payments

• 3.1 Currency: All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.

• 3.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure, encrypted gateways.

• 3.3 Errors: In case of clear pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• 4.1 Carrier: We use BlueDart as our exclusive logistics partner for all domestic deliveries.

• 4.2 Shipping Fees:

• Orders Below ₹999 (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

• Orders Below ₹999 (Prepaid): No shipping fee applies (FREE).

• Orders ₹1,000 and Above: FREE Shipping across India (Prepaid & COD).

• 4.3 Handling & Cut-off: Our daily cut-off is 2:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days.

5. Returns, Refunds & Platform Fees

• 5.1 Return Window: Customers must report damages within 48 hours (with an unboxing video) and may request a standard return within 14 days for unused items.

• 5.2 Platform & Admin Fee: All approved cancellations (after processing) or refunds are subject to a 15% platform and administrative fee to cover payment gateway costs and spiritual preparation.

• 5.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to our Mumbai office.

• 5.4 Non-Returnable Items: Energized crystals and custom-made frames are exempt from standard returns due to their personalized nature.

6. Intellectual Property & Conduct

• 6.1 Ownership: All images, logos, and descriptions are the property of The World of Crystals. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• 6.2 Fraud: We reserve the right to block users engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities.

7. Spiritual & Medical Disclaimer

• 7.1 Purpose: Our products are intended for spiritual and aesthetic use. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific physical or financial results.

8. Governing Law

• 8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
